En el Street Workout, se encuentran diferentes movimientos de fuerza (estáticos), que incluyen en su ejecución el requerimiento de la fuerza en los hombros; estáticos tales como: la plancha, parada de manos (y variantes de ambos), hefesto, victorian, variaciones de front lever como front lever a un brazo.
In the Street Workout, there are different strength movements (statics), which include in their execution the requirement of strength in the shoulders; static exercises such as: plank, handstand (and variants of both), hephaestus, victorian, front lever variations such as one arm front lever.
- x5 - flexiones pike (flexiones en pica)
- x10 segundos - Lean planche hold
- x4 - fondos en barra
- x12 segundos - isométrico de flexión pike (a la mitad)
- x5 - pike push-ups
- x10 seconds - Lean planche hold
- x4 - dips in bar
- x12 seconds - pike push-up isometric (halfway)
