Mis padres me dejaron enseñanzas valiosas a lo largo de mi vida, a pesar de ser inexpertos, muy jóvenes ellos hicieron lo que mejor pudieron para criarme.

Uno de los recuerdos que tengo grabado en mi mente es de la música que ellos solían escuchar, se podría decir que yo era una niña con gustos musicales iguales a los de ellos, creo que así son todos los niños, ellos terminan copiando lo que sus padres hacen.

Mi mamá podía escuchar a todo volumen Shakira, Thalia, Mariah Carey, pero cuando llegaba la hora de colocar a Cristian los gritos se podían escuchar en la casa jajaja (exagerando un poco), pero se notaba que le encantaba, yo no me quedé atrás, a medida que fui creciendo me sabía la mayoría de sus canciones, la admiración por el es inmensa y todo gracias a ella, quizás esa conexión que tengo con su música se debe a mi mamá, la recuerdo a ella a través de las letras de sus canciones.

Lo mejor de mi es el tema que les interpreto hoy, habla de las preguntas que se suelen hacer después de un relación fallida, quizás muchas de ellas no tengan respuesta, pero es un grito desesperado a buscar el porque de ese rompimiento, después de todo esa persona entregó todo y ahora se siente perdido y no entiende porque están terminando.

Me encantan los temas que al escucharlos puedes sentir la pasión y la carga emocional que tiene la letra, al menos eso es lo que yo siento cuando escucho cantar a Cristian Castro.

One of the memories I have engraved in my mind is of the music they used to listen to, you could say that I was a child with musical tastes just like theirs, I think that's how all children are, they end up copying everything their parents do.

My mom could listen to Shakira, Thalia, Mariah Carey at full volume, but when it was time to play Cristian the screams could be heard in the house hahaha (exaggerating a little), but you could tell she loved it, I was not left behind, as I grew up I knew most of his songs, my admiration for him is immense and all thanks to her, maybe that connection I have with his music is because of my mom, I remember her through the lyrics of her songs.

The best of me is the song that I play today, it talks about the questions that are usually asked after a failed relationship, perhaps many of them have no answer, but it is a desperate cry to find the reason for that breakup, after all that person gave everything and now feels lost and does not understand why they are ending.

I love the songs that when you listen to them you can feel the passion and emotional charge that the lyrics have, at least that's what I feel when I hear Cristian Castro sing.
