Hive Open Mic Week 147 | Cover "Pedacito de mi alma"

Desde que ví el nombre de la temática de esta semana decidí en un instante a quien se la iba a dedicar, justamente el día de mañana mi hijo cumple sus tres años de edad y mi corazón de madre se ha sentido muy nostálgica y por supuesto más que agradecida por tenerlo en mi vida y poder verlo crecer.

Hace tres años viví uno de los episodios más terroríficos pero al mismo tiempo más hermosos que he podido vivir en todo mi vida, el día que nació mi bebé, casi morimos los dos en el momento del parto, es algo que ya les he contado en detalle en hive y este primero de febrero de cumple un año más de ese día.

Since I saw the name of this week's theme I decided in an instant to whom I was going to dedicate it, tomorrow my son turns three years old and my mother's heart has felt very nostalgic and of course more than grateful for having him in my life and being able to see him grow.

Three years ago I lived one of the most terrifying but at the same time most beautiful episodes I have ever lived in my life, the day my baby was born, we both almost died at the moment of delivery, it is something that I have already told you in detail in hive and this February 1st is the first anniversary of that day.

Definitivamente las palabras se quedan cortas para expresar lo agradecida que estoy por tener la oportunidad de verlo crecer y ser su madre, Dios me bendijo con un niño muy inteligente, dulce, cariñoso y que ama la música con sus padres.

Para esta ocasión elegí un tema que escuché por accidente y que se quedó grabado en mi mente y finalmente llegó la oportunidad para interpretarlo, quizás nadie lo conozca pero su letra grita amor hacia nuestros hijos por todos lados, espero que lo disfruten.

Words definitely fall short to express how grateful I am for having the opportunity to see him grow up and be his mother, God blessed me with a very intelligent, sweet, loving child who loves music with his parents.

For this occasion I chose a song that I heard by accident and that stuck in my mind and finally came the opportunity to interpret it, maybe no one knows it but its lyrics screams love for our children everywhere, I hope you enjoy it.
