  Esta frase nos recuerda que la paz mental se alcanza cuando se es capaz de ordenar y de dominar el propio pensamiento y las propias emociones. Sí de forma recurrente somos atacados por pensamientos intrusivos, por pensamientos obsesivos o angustiosos, por remordimientos o por rencores, no debemos vacilar, debemos, con mirada introspectiva y retrospectiva, buscar y dar con la causa de dichos pensamientos. Luego, haciendo lo humanamente posible, reparar, enmendar, perdonar o simplemente hacer lo necesario y lo correcto para lograr el buen orden de la mente y la tranquilidad interior.

  This phrase reminds us that peace of mind is achieved when you are able to order and control your own thoughts and emotions. If we are repeatedly attacked by intrusive thoughts, by obsessive or distressing thoughts, by regrets or grudges, we must not hesitate, we must, with introspective and retrospective gaze, seek and find the cause of these thoughts. Then, doing what is humanly possible, repair, amend, forgive or simply do what is necessary and correct to achieve good order of mind and inner tranquility.

  A un ritmo de blanca con puntillo y negra, la melodía camina sobre la blanca nieve de Fa menor. Al cabo de un rato y deseosa de aventura, la melodía abandona el valle cubierto de nieve para escalar, cual osado alpinista, la gran montaña helada de La bemol mayor. Después de mucho esfuerzo, la melodía cansada conquista la cima de la fría montaña, sólo para caer extenuada sobre el suelo de la cumbre. Desde allí la melodía contempló la aurora boreal adornada de estrellas y del murmullo del gélido viento polar... Pasados unos minutos, una voz lejana que comienza a acercarse rompe progresivamente el silencio. Cautivada por aquella voz, la melodía se incorpora en silencio y después de dar un vistazo con sus confiables binoculares, su corazón salta de alegría por ver con sus propios ojos que se acerca su hermana melodía... Gemela que con gallardía hará el mismo recorrido hasta alcanzar a su hermana melodía...

  In a rhythm of dotted white and black, the melody walks on the white snow of F minor. After a while and eager for adventure, the melody leaves the snow-covered valley to climb, like a daring mountaineer, the great frozen mountain of A-flat major. After much effort, the tired melody conquers the top of the cold mountain, only to fall exhausted on the ground of the summit. From there the melody contemplated the northern lights adorned with stars and the murmur of the icy polar wind... After a few minutes, a distant voice that began to approach gradually broke the silence.
