  Para esta sesión me propuse el reto de componer una pieza en la que sonara una nota pedal en el bajo desde el principio hasta el final de la obra. En base a esta idea, comencé a probar acordes hasta dar con la siguiente combinación "Am - G/A" (ocasionalmente uso Am11). Después de tener clara la armonía, me senté a diseñar, para la melodía, frases rítmicas en las que no se articularan notas en los tiempos fuertes del compás (4/4) y con prolongaciones de sonidos en numero de tiempos impares con el fin evitar los acentos propios de la métrica del compás. Hice dos frase, la primera; idea base, la segunda; una inversión de de la primera idea.
