    Una espalda libre de rollitos, es el sueño de muchas personas y si ese es tu caso al igual que el mío, esta rutina es ideal para atacarlos y eliminarlos definitivamente, para ejecutar esta rutina, vamos utilizar el peso de acuerdo a la resistencia personal de cada uno, esta rutina la puedes hacer estando de pie o sentado como en mi caso, sin importar que decidas recuerda siempre tener una postura correcta, un abdomen activo, y por último y no menos importante calentar ante de ejercitarnos y estirar al culminar la rutina, para ver resultados se recomienda realizar está rutina de 2 a 3 veces por semana.
