    Feliz domingo para todos querida familia de #hive y #fulldeportes como siempre es un placer estar aquí y compartir con ustedes las diversas rutinas en este ocasión les comparto una práctica rutina de espalda y hombro, a simple vista pareciera muy simple, sin embargo los resultados de realizar esta rutina son geniales ya que nos ayudará a fortalecer, trabajar y definir la espalda, eliminado la adiposidad o rollitos espero que sea de su agrado y se motiven a ejercitarse en sus hogares.

    Principiantes 2 series.
    Intermedios 3 series.
    Avanzados 4 series.

    Todas las series constan de 12 repeticiones, así mismos es importante recordar que deben complementar los ejercicios con una buena alimentación, descanso adecuado y una buena hidratación, sigamos con una vida saludable será hasta un próximo post besos y abrazos.
