Empanadas de Desayuno | Breakfast Patties 🥟🥟

Greetings to all once again, today I come to show you a delicious breakfast but not the healthiest to be honest, this dish is called empanadas and is a typical dish of the Spanish-speaking culture.

The empanada is a thin dough filled with stew that varies depending on the location and can be made of vegetables, fish or meat and is fried in oil. I think that in Latin America the dough is generally made with corn but there are also healthier variations of free doughs of gluten and the oil being replaced by cooking in the oven.

In the particular case of the ones you will see in the video, they are made of corn dough stuffed with mashed potatoes or potatoes. To complement this dish, it is eaten with a sauce called tartar, although the tartar sauce with which it is eaten in Latin America It has a great variant to the original.

Saludos a todos una vez más, el día de hoy vengo a mostrarle un rico desayuno pero no el más saludable para serles sincero, este plato lleva por nombre empanadas y es un plato típico de la cultura hispano hablante.

La empanada es una masa delgada rellena de guiso que varía según la localidad pudiendo ser de verduras, pescado o carne y se fríe en aceite, creo que a nivel de latinoamérica la masa por lo general de maiz pero también hay variaciones más saludables de masas libres de gluten y siendo reemplazado el aceite por cocción al horno.

En el caso particular de las que verán en el video son de masa de maíz rellenas con puré de papas o patatas, para complementar este plato se come con una salsa que lleva por nombre tártara, aunque la salsa tártara con la que se come en latinoamérica tiene una gran variante a la original.
