    Hola hola amigos, despues de algunas fallas con el servicio de internet hasta que por fin alcanzo a subir el video que les comparto acontinuacion, hoy trabajé enfocada en brazos, este siempre ha sido mi punto debil, siempre me he sentido mas ancha de lo que deberia, pero sin duda con unos brazos firmes todo mejora, ya lo logré una vez, asi que voy nuevamente por ellos💪

    Antes de iniciar realizamos un poco de calentamiento, ponemos una musica que nos active (sea del genero que sea😂) y arrancamos con todo!!

    Hoy les muestro varios ejercicios, vamos a realizar de 2 a 5 rondas, dependiendo de en que nivel en el ejercicio estes, desde basico a Avanzado!! Lo mas importante son las correctas ejecuciones, mas que lo rapido que termines la ronda! ¿Tamos Claros? Ok! Dicho esto, pueden descansar unos 30 segundos entre ronda, cuando vayan por la segunda veran que los ejercicios que incluso se veian sumamente sencillos, pueden agotarnos totalmente! Asi que no subestimen la rutina y denle con todo🔥🔥

    Before starting we do a little warm up, we put on some music that activates us (whatever genre it is😂) and we start with everything!

    Today I show you several exercises, we will perform from 2 to 5 rounds, depending on what level you are in the exercise, from basic to advanced! The most important thing is the correct executions, more than how fast you finish the round! Are we clear? Ok! That being said, you can rest for about 30 seconds between rounds, when you go for the second round you will see that exercises that even look extremely simple, can totally exhaust you! So don't underestimate the routine and give it your all🔥🔥.
