Mi Sabado de Estiramientos ✨💪|| My Saturday Stretch ✨💪

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz sabado, espero tengan un bonito fin de semana, por acá no he estado al 100% a nivel de salud, por eso entrenar hoy fue casi imposible, pero mi cuerpo sin duda necesitaba este estiramiento, he estado durmiendo bastante mal, y esto sumado a los entrenamientos no es una buena combinacion jeje!!

Pero bueno, hoy estoy en casa de mis padres y decidí hacer mi rutina rapida de estiramientos, y por supuesto se las comparto por aca, generalmente despues de cada rutina estiro, pero algo mas sencillo jeje hoy lo hice un poco mas intenso, asi que espero que les sirva.

Hi friends @fulldeportes happy saturday, I hope you have a nice weekend, over here I have not been at 100% health wise, so training today was almost impossible, but my body certainly needed this stretching, I've been sleeping pretty bad, and this added to the workouts is not a good combination hehe!!!!

But well, today I'm at my parents house and I decided to do my quick stretching routine, and of course I share it with you here, usually after every workout I stretch, but something simpler hehe today I did it a little more intense, so I hope you find it useful.
