Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero que hayan temido un excelente inicio de semana!! Por acá apenas primer dia de la semana y ya siento que me pasó una manada de Elefantes por encima 😂😂 Dios, he hecho tantas cosas hoy que ando mega agotada, pero bueno mucho mas temprano me cumplí en cuanto al ejercicio 💪💪

Hoy trabajé el tren inferior en el Gym y al finalizar grabé este video para que puedan hacerla desde cualquier lugar 💥 SIN EXCUSAS!!

Asi que a animarse y a comenzar a mover el esqueleto 💪por mi parte hoy esperi recargar energias para seguir mañana con todas las ganas.
