Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz martes!! Espero du semana vaya marchando a la perfeccion, por este lado vamos en el segundo dia de entrenamiento, y con todas las ganas馃挭 y aunque hoy me cost贸 un poco mas levantarme, la disciplina me ayud贸!! Pero si decid铆 hacer una rutina "sencilla" para tren superior y se las comparto por ac谩
Para esta rutina no necesitan mas que las ganas de hacerla, trabajaremos con nuestro propio peso en un total de 4 rondas descansando 1 minuto entre cada una, asi que espero que se animen a hacerla y me cuentan que tal馃挭馃挭

I hope your week is going perfectly, on this side we are on the second day of training, and with all the desire馃挭 and although today it cost me a little more to get up, discipline helped me!!! But I decided to do a "simple" routine for upper body and I'll share it here.
For this routine you don't need more than the desire to do it, we will work with our own weight in a total of 4 rounds resting 1 minute between each one, so I hope you are encouraged to do it and let me know how it goes馃挭馃挭
