    Espero todos esten teniendo un excelente fin de semana, yo por lo general no entreno los sabados, pero en vista de que siempre se estan uniendo personas nuevas a la comunidad y de que siempre subo contenido mas que todo nivel intermedio o avanzado, por supuesto a veces el numero de rondas es lo que indico cuantas hacer de acuerdo a tu nivel, esta vez queria mostrarles algunas variaciones para nivel basico y avanzado.

    Siempre lo mas recomendable cuando se esta iniciando es no realizar muchos ejercicios de alto impacto, sobretodo si tienes mucho sobrepeso, asi protegemos nuestras rodillas. Con estos ejercicios facilmente podriamos armar una rutina cuerpo completo, haciendo cada ejercicio durante 1 minuto, el numero de rondas varia desde 2 a 5, depende de que nivel decidas hacerlo.

    Siempre es importante calentar, y tratar de exigirnos un poco mas, podemos hacer siempre los mismos ejercicios incluso, pero si le vamos agregando peso, mas repeticiones, un ejercicio compuesto etc, tendremos mas intensidad con los mismos ejercicios incluso💪
