Dia 96 de 100 🥵💪 Reto Murphy || Day 96 of 100 🥵💪 Murphy Challenge.

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero que su fin de semana haya estado genial, por aca bastante tranquilo, pero gracias a Dios bien! Estamos en la recta final del reto y por supuesto el cansancio es inmenso, y ha tocado hacer algunos ajustes porque de verdad que la sufrimos 😂pero a mi esposo se le ocurrio hacerlo por tandas para no cansarnos tanto, sobretodo en las sentadillas asi que hicimos 4 rondas de:

25 Burpees
50 Saltos de cuerda
75 Sentadillas
25 Flexiones
50 Saltos

La idea era hacerlas en ese orden, pero como yo tengo deficit de atencion 🤣 las hice en diferente orden, pero bueno lo importante es el numero de repeticiones y las cumplí 😋 quedan 4 dias y yo creo que de esta manera si resisto 😂 les seguiré contando!!

Hi friends of @fulldeportes I hope your weekend has been great, it's been pretty quiet here, but thank God! We are in the final stretch of the challenge and of course the fatigue is immense, and we had to make some adjustments because we really suffered 😂but my husband came up with the idea of doing it in batches to not get so tired, especially in squats so we did 4 rounds of:

25 Burpees
50 Rope Jumps
75 Squats
25 Pushups
50 Jumps

The idea was to do them in that order, but as I have attention deficit 🤣 I did them in different order, but well the important thing is the number of repetitions and I did them 😋 4 days left and I think this way if I resist 😂 I'll keep telling you! !
