Rutina de Cardio💪🔥 || Cardio💪🔥 Routine.

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz martes, espero esten teniendo una excelente semana, por acá todo bien gracias a Dios, salvo que Emita ha estado medio enferma con una tos fuerte, pero bueno ya con tratamientos, y aunque a nosotros como padres eso nos pone animicamente mal, hay que seguir y ser su fortaleza💕 si nos derrumbamos todos si estamos PERDIDOS jeje! Asi que para seguir sumando en la construccion de esa mamá fuerte que mis hijos merecen, hoy les comparto estos 4 ejercicios que fueron hoy mi cardio luego de la rutina!! Porque si, hice tren superior, pero al final hice 4 rondas de estos 4 ejercicios que les comparto en el video

Si quieren que sea mas intenso, no descansen entre rondas, pueden hacer de 3 a 5, son ejercicios sencillos pero ideales para trabajar un poco de cardio al final de la rutina de fuerza 💪espero se animen.

So to continue adding in the construction of that strong mom that my kids deserve, today I share with you these 4 exercises that were today my cardio after the routine!!! Because yes, I did upper body, but in the end I did 4 rounds of these 4 exercises that I share with you in the video.

If you want it to be more intense, do not rest between rounds, you can do 3 to 5, they are simple exercises but ideal to work a little cardio at the end of the strength routine 💪 I hope you are encouraged.
