    Que tal amigos espero todos anden excelente por acá, un poco perdida, ya que grabarme me cuesta bastante cuando entreno casi que a las carreras jaja rogando que la bebe no se despierte😂 pero me he mantenido activa con mis ejercicios, como les conté una vez, es mi forma de drenar muchas cosas☺️ pero pues queria compartir con ustedes un video de hace unas semanas que nunca compartí, por cuestiones de tiempo, wifi, que lo olvide, etc. Jaja

    Y asi aprovecho y me activo nuevamente a compartir nuevamente mis entrenamientos, pero sobretodo lo comparto porque me siento Feliz de la barriga que ahi se me ve 😂 pues ya no está tan pronunciada y para mostrarles mi progreso en el #retomorphosis grabaré una nueva🥰 pero sin duda aqui veo mi avance y me motivo aun mas, a seguir firme en la meta💪💪

    Esta rutina trabaja mayormente el tren superior, aunque tambien se veran involucrados los musculos inferiores, vamos a realizar de 3 a 4 rondas, por supuesto con un buen calentamiento antes de iniciar y un estiramiento al terminar🔥

    This routine works mostly the upper body, although the lower muscles will also be involved, we will perform 3 to 4 rounds, of course with a good warm up before starting and stretching at the end🔥.
