On days when I'm not training I try not to do too much when I'm in the park. I start by warming up and then do a short routine, next I try to do some freestyle, and then I do my max duration Handstand and practice V-sit.
Siempre trato de aprovechar mi día al máximo cuando voy al Parque, ya que vivo en edificio y no dispongo de una barra fija para entrenar pull ups y chin ups cuando me toca. En el video no les muestro todo lo que hice ese día. Como podrán notar en el video, hice una corta rutina de Chin ups y pull ups asistidas, handstand, v-sit, y elbow lever. Eso sin contar los demás ejercicios que hice pero me olvidé de grabar.
I always try to make the most of my day when I go to the park, since I live in a building and I don't have a fixed bar to train pull ups and chin ups when it's my turn. In the video I don't show you everything I did that day. As you can see in the video, I did a short routine of chin ups and assisted pull ups, handstand, v-sit, and elbow lever. That's not counting the other exercises I did but forgot to record.
