Esta rutina está compuesta por 8 ejercicios, en los cuales, debía mantener un buen enfoque para trabajar correctamente toda la zona de ambos hombros, aunque indirectamente, también se trabajan otros músculos como el core, pectorales, por nombrar algunos... sin más preámbulo acá les dejo la rutina. 💪🏻🔥
This routine is composed of 8 exercises, in which, I had to maintain a good focus to properly work the entire area of both shoulders, although indirectly, also work other muscles such as core, pectorals, to name a few ... without more to add here I leave the routine. 💪🏻🔥
