@milagroscdlrr and today I bring to those who are beginners and do not know how to start training their abs a small routine of 3 exercises, in which the first 2 will be with the help of a resistance band, and the last one without help. Without further ado, let's start the routine.
Bueno amigos, esos son los 3 ejercicios que les comparto por el día de hoy. Me gustaría que se pusieran a prueba a ustedes mismos en los últimos 2 ejercicios que son sin asistencia para que vayan desarrollando esa “mentalidad fuerte” y no crear esos pequeños límites entre ustedes. ¡Ánimo que si se puede! 💪🏻⚡️❤️ Espero les haya gustado y puedan realizarla, muchísimas gracias por su apoyo, nos vemos en el siguiente post.
