Y bueno amigos, ese es el circuito completo, pueden tomar un descanso de 30 segs entre serie hasta culminar las 4. Recuerden hacer los ejercicios con calma y manteniendo una buena postura. 💪🏻❤️ Espero les haya gustado y puedan realizarla, muchísimas gracias por su apoyo, nos vemos en el siguiente post.
