    Saludos a todos los Hivers y a mis queridos amigos/compañeros de la comunidad SWC Soy Milagro De a Rosa [@milagroscdlrr] ¿cómo están? Espero que estén muy muy bien. Acá nuevamente les vengo a compartir lo que viene siendo la rutina que estoy haciendo actualmente para trabajar (y mejorar también) el Back Lever en Straddle. Son tan solo 5 ejercicios que me ayudaron bastante y quise compartir con ustedes. Sin más preámbulo, acá se los dejo. 💪🏻❤️🔥
