Que tal queridos amigos de #hive y #swc ,el día de hoy le traigo le traigo para compartir con ustedes de mis contenidos, un pequeño tbt de lo que era mi desempeño en freestyle en el año 2021 para mí es un recuerdo muy motivador porque e progresado mucho desde ese año ,está vez no pude realizar un entrenamiento de lo que es mi nivel de hoy en día porque ya que e estado teniendo pequeños problemas en el hombro derecho que me impiden realizar estaticos o dinamicos,pero eso no me va a detener la próxima vez le mostraré algo que le ayude mucho , mientras tanto quiero compartir este bello recuerdo con ustedes , espero que le guste mucho para poderme motivar y seguir compartiendo de estos contenidos de calistenia de buena calidad 💪🏻🔥.
