Como todos sabemos que un front lever es una palanca frontal que requiere mucha fuerza de los músculos como, hombro,pecho , espalda,lumbar ,brazos, abdomen y glúteos, en su realización se muestra la resitencia muscular de cada uno de estos sectores del cuerpo.

¿Cuántas veces entrenar? | How many times to train?. |
No sé debería realizar más de dos veces a la semana ya que puede dar muchos resultados negativos. Aunque ejecutemos estos básicos de forma consecutiva y con mucha precaución, tendremos resultados positivos del front lever.
I don't know if I should do it more than twice a week as it can give many negative results. Even if we execute these basics consecutively and with great caution, we will have positive results from the front lever.
