    Cada vez que comenzamos a hacer ejercicio, bien sea por salud, por entrenamiento, o para mantenernos físicamente activos, no tenemos en cuenta algunos hechos que nos pueden ayudar a mantenernos constantes en nuestra disciplina y con mejores condiciones mientras entrenamos.

    He visto que muchas personas están retomando sus hábitos deportivos luego del confinamiento que tuvo la humanidad debido al Covid-19 y eso me parece genial. A veces no sabemos cómo iniciar o por qué y para qué debemos hacer ejercicio, así que esta guía es para esas personas que buscan la forma de permanecer acondicionando sus cuerpos, por la razón que sea que lo hagan.

    En lo particular, soy una persona que me gusta hacer mucho deporte. Juego fútbol desde los 6 años hasta la actualidad y llevo más 16 años (no seguidos) entrenando en el gimnasio. Además, disfruto de otros deportes que ocasionalmente realizo como el tenis, el voleibol, montañismo, pin pon, softball, básquet, entre otros.
