    Hi all, today is the first time I want to share a recipe for spicy food, namely kikil firecracker. For some Indonesian people, you may be familiar with this food. Especially for spicy lovers. This one food is the main ingredient of kikil (cow leg skin). I got this recipe from my sister. It feels good. But if you want to eat firecracker gravel, it must be boiled first so that it is soft when eaten. Gravel texture is chewy and a little hard.

    Materials for making firecracker gravel:

    1. Oil 2 tablespoons
    2. kikil (cow leg skin)
    3. chili 1/4
    4. salt 1 small spoon
    5. flavoring 1 spoon
    6. 10 garlic
    7. 7 red onions
    8. 2 pieces of lime leaves

    How to make:
    1.Slice the onion and garlic at an angle.

    1. Blend the onion, garlic and chili until dissolved but not too soft.
    2. Cut the pebbles and boil the pebbles until a little soft then drain.
    3. Pour the oil into the pan then wait 1 minute for the oil to heat a little.
    4. After it is hot, add the spices that have been in the blender earlier into the skillet that already has hot oil.
    5. Stir and wait for 3 minutes then enter the gravel that has been boiled earlier and stir again.
    6. Enter the salt and flavoring then stir again. Keep stirring until the spices are absorbed. Finished
