Hi all, today is the first time I want to share a recipe for spicy food, namely kikil firecracker. For some Indonesian people, you may be familiar with this food. Especially for spicy lovers. This one food is the main ingredient of kikil (cow leg skin). I got this recipe from my sister. It feels good. But if you want to eat firecracker gravel, it must be boiled first so that it is soft when eaten. Gravel texture is chewy and a little hard.
