For this week, I'd like to do something different from what I have been doing. I have been doing gospel songs in English and few secular songs. So, I will be presenting a cover of the song in my dialect (Ibibio) titled: Ami Nyebenere Enyin mfo ke'Enyong by Godfada

I know you might be wondering what Ami Nyebenere Enyin mfo ke'Enyong means right? Okay! It simply means I will lift high up the name of Jesus.

What's my inspiration for choosing this song?

It's not a new thing that God has been faithful. I believe he has been faithful to you as well. Each day when I go to bed and wake up in the morning safe and sound, healthy and hearty, strong and agile I have enough reasons to lift up the name of the lord.

How do I lift up the name of the lord? I sing songs to him, I praise his name, I adore him, I glorify him and I worship him. I know there are people who can't afford 3 square meals but God has been providing for me, clothing me and giving me shelter.

Life is not a bed of roses, sometimes, it gets tough, hard and difficult. That doesn't mean that God is bad and that won't stop me from continually praising him and lifting up the name of the Lord.
