• Follow Up: This is one of the hardest aspects of improving one's networking skills because we mostly think about getting to acquire more networks, but almost never about following up or checking up on them. Following up is simply, you checking up on them after making them your networks. Follow-up is quite different because you would have to be reaching out to your networks to know how they are doing. By so doing, you are keeping yourself in their mind always, so if there is a piece of information that will benefit you or a position that would do the same, you would be the first person they would contact because you are always in their mind. People mostly remember people who are fresh and contributing to their life and by following up on your networks, you would always be fresh in their minds. Try to be following up on your networks today, and see how beneficial it would be to you in the future.
