@epodcaster: Are you thinking about hosting an IPFS for 3Speak course/class?
I both love and hate ipfs by @meno on 3Speak
Interested to hear you guys take on this.
I'm testing out a new app, obviously to remove the background. I want to see how good or how bad this is. But I also want to make a little blog about what I've been doing for a while now. And today, more than ever, I've been dedicated to trying to fix this issue. You see, as you guys know, I think most people know on Hive, the ThreeSpeak Network. the three-speak website runs on top of IPFS, the interplanetary file system. And this means that we have a gigantic repo full of thousands of thousands of videos and video bytes for, that's been maintained and then not maintained and then maintained for, I think, like five years, maybe going on six, which is Impressive, but it's also kind of scary. I have been trying to do the best to keep it running as fast as possible, and between Tip Fox and I, I, I think, we managed to make it pretty good, considering. But one of the things that IPFS cannot do is scale forever, meaning there's no way we can continue to put videos up there. make those repos 50, 60, 70 terabytes big, and it to be efficient in any way, shape, of form. The only way to grow is sideways. And this is one of the reasons that, for the longest time, the Speak Network was the saving grace of this technology. The idea of distributing the ledger like that, and more and more people participating on the network, and not being one place, one centralized server. holding all the videos. I'm putting this out there because I also want to probe to see if people are interested in learning how to host your own videos as well. Like, if you're a three-speak user, and I could tell you there's a way for you to participate also of IPFS, and it's free, and you could also pin your own videos and that kind of stuff. Would you be interested in learning how to do it more so if there's a very simple interface that explains it, maybe even teaches you, how to do your first video or something like that or am I losing sight of the ball because users just want to be users and they want to have fun they don't want to learn none of the technical stuff I wonder so this video is both a vlog I guess of what I'm doing and also a question

@harvestmoon299: IPFS is designed to handle exabytes of data, and I think it is the perfect way to identify a video. Content creators who want to ensure their content remains available can pin their own content as a backup to whoever they are currently trusting to host it. This is a good reason to make doing so as easy as possible. Posted via HiveSuite
@mortezayousefi: Your software has removed the background very good
@mondoshawan: Hmm... i would love to know how to remove videos in ipfs/3speak?
@beelzael: Jijijijiji tu barba se pone chistosa a veces : D But it works pretty awesome! I'd love to learn some of the stuff, as always, but time is my issue, as always. Other things are more important! replied to 2:35 on 3speak.tv
