Greetings friends of Full Deporte, today being Saturday and not having to go to meet our workday we got up early to do our exercise routine outside our usual environment, what better way to be fit and enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the beach, and we went to the beach to enjoy an exercise routine and receive the benefits of this wonderful environment, we breathe fresh air, and receive the benefits of the sun's rays for our health in the morning hours, we put more enjoyment to our routine to jog barefoot along the shore of the beach. My husband and I usually jog for 1 hour every day, he at his own pace of 8 - 10 km, and I 5-6 km. We really enjoy today's routine, exercising is the best thing we can do for our health, since we started jogging and alternating with other exercises it has totally changed our lifestyle, we were overweight and my husband and I have already lost 10 kg each, of course combined with a balanced diet. So friends, those of you who still don't practice any sport, or are simply inactive at home, get out of your comfort zone and you will see how your life will change, I totally assure you..
Cuando corremos en la playa nuestro cuerpo trabaja más ya que hacemos más esfuerzo para mover la arena, mientras la actividad sea más difícil más energía gastaremos. Correr por la playa nos trae muchos beneficios con respecto a trotar en el asfalto, ya que siendo la superficie más suave y más moldeable que el concreto, se traduce en menor dolor para las rodillas y articulaciones, así mismo mejoramos nuestro rendimiento ya que es más fuerte el trabajo, adicionalmente mejoramos nuestro equilibrio ya que hacemos el esfuerzo de mantenernos en nuestro centro de masa, cuando sentimos que al hundirnos en la arena nos vamos de lado. Así que mientras se pueda tenemos que alternar trotar en el asfalto con hacerlo en la playa. No nos preocupemos por el tiempo que nos pueda quitar esta actividad entre trasladarnos a la playa, ya que como hacemos mas esfuerzo el tiempo de entrenamiento es mas corto, nosotros lo hacemos generalmente en 1 hora, en hacemos nuestra rutina en 30 minutos.
