Saludos amigos Hivers de Motherhood, bienvenidos a un día más a mi blog. Estos ultimos dias he estado muy preocupada porque mi hija pasa mucho tiempo frente a su celular, por lo que le comente a mi esposo que debiamos plantearnos unas estrategias para que no se ponga adicta a los equipos electronicos, por lo que planificamos una caminata a la playa, con unos ejercicios para que vuelva a la actividad. La idea es que deje esa dependencia por estar viendo videos de youtube, que vea que hay oytras actividades que la hacen disfrutar mas y le aportan beneficios, y se mantiene activa y asi que adopte una rutina de ejercicios parte de su estilo de vida.

These last few days I have been very worried because my daughter spends a lot of time in front of her mobile phone, so I told my husband that we should consider some strategies so that she doesn't get addicted to electronic equipment, so we planned a walk to the beach, with some exercises to get her active again. The idea is for her to stop her dependence on watching youtube videos, to see that there are other activities that she enjoys more and that bring her benefits, and that she stays active so that she can adopt an exercise routine as part of her lifestyle.

Hoy en dia nos toca fuerte a los padres, ya que nos toca tener diferentes fuentes de ingresos para poder cubrir los gastos del hogar, lo que hace que pasemos mucho tiempo sin poder estar en contacto con nuestros hijos en sus horas libres, por lo que es muy importante papis y mamis, que no descuidemos este contacto con ellos, y sobretodo en su etapa de crecimiento, porque adquieren habitos y comportamientos los cuales son despues dificiles de manejar y cambiar, hay que hacerlo en esa etapa donde aun depende mucho de mama y papa.

Nowadays we parents have to work hard, as we have different sources of income to cover household expenses, which means that we spend a lot of time without being able to be in contact with our children in their free time, so it is very important that we do not neglect this contact with them, and especially in their growth stage, because they acquire habits and behaviours which are then difficult to manage and change, we must do it at that stage where much still depends on mom and dad.

Hay muchas actividades que podemos hacer con ellos que sean atractivas para que no se sientan obligados o lo hagan de mala manera. Como vivimos cerca de la playa la actividad fue llevarla a la playa hacer un poco de ejercicios, y luego darse un rico baño en la playa, asi de esta manera ve que se difruta mas que frente a una aparato electronico, esa es la intención.
