💣The maximum power of the game🦇

Hello Hive family and Gamers brothers, how are you? I hope you are super well and welcome to a new publication made by me, today we are back with Super Smash Flash 2, this fighting video game for PC that, as you all know I like a lot. This time we continue with the series of videos testing all the characters in the game, to know their moves, virtues, skills, etc.

I do this to know if their moves are faithful to their video games where they come from, it should be clarified that SSF2 is a game made by fans for fans, so some characters belong to the original Super Smash franchise, but there are also characters exclusive to this title, so this week I decided to test three characters that only come out in SSF2.

Today I want to talk about Bomberman the protagonist of the video game franchise of the same name, then we have Simon a character coming from one of the most mythical sagas in the history of video games as Castlevania and finally, we have Lloyd the protagonist of Tales of Symphonia.

These three characters belong to Nintendo, but they have never appeared in a Super Smash video game produced by the big N, these characters are very interesting to me because in their video games each one has a lot of power, they also have their way of fighting so I say it was great to play with them.

Let's start with Bomberman. To be honest, I have never been a fan of the Bomberman franchise, the truth is that I didn't find their videogames entertaining, they consist in throwing bombs to win championships and that kind of thing, it didn't call my attention, but I must admit that when I played it with friends, I liked it a lot. I remember I played it on my Nintendo DS and they always insisted I play it, most of the time I gave in, later I lost, I was always in last place in the ranking.

I only played that game; the rest didn't catch my attention. Now Bomberman in SSF2 is a somewhat regular character, I have several anecdotes about the character since he was used many times when I played with my friends, one of them used him a lot in the 4-player fights, I realized that he is a very heavy character when he approaches the edge of the stage he can easily fall into the void.

At least that was the impression of everyone in the game when my friend tried playing with Bomberman, however when I played with him, I did not perceive it as heavy as my friend described it, but it did have a heavier gravity when in the sky, it is true that you have to act fast when the character flies through the air, otherwise the character falls into the void.

As for the jumps, Bomberman is not very effective, his jumps are somewhat slow and do not reach much height, the special jump must be executed by holding the special button of the character to acquire power, once it is released the character will shoot up, it is somewhat uncomfortable at first, it's just a matter of practice to get used to.

Where Bomberman performs very well is in the attacks, the essence of Bomberman is reflected in his way of fighting, the character what he does is to use his bombs and then explode them, the meteoric in any direction will appear a bomb that will be triggered in the face of the opponent, Bomberman's attacks are deadly when the opponent exceeds 60% damage. You can also plant a bunch of bombs on the floor of the stage, these will be triggered whenever the player wants.

Now it's time to talk about Simon, I confess I didn't know this character, it was precise to SSF2 that I knew of his existence, I thought he would be from any other video game, I never imagined he would belong to Castlevania, there are many characters in that franchise that seem to be much bolder than Simon himself, I guess he is the most popular character of this dark franchise, I'm not even clear if his weapon is a chain or a whip. (Excuse my ignorance)

Of these three characters was the one I liked the least, Simon can't execute a combo from normal or at least I didn't manage to do it, when I press the attack button three times he does the same whip move, incidentally, that move does almost no damage, at most it should do 5% damage and that's it.

    Screenshot

As for his meteoric moves is the same movement of the whip in all directions, although it is the most powerful that the character can offer us, the meteoric not being so showy reach long distance and can cause significant damage in the area, especially the meteoric down where Simon makes a half-turn with his weapon to cause damage around him.

His special attacks are also great, he can throw an ax upwards or use it as a boomerang to attack from a distance, this ax is a great help especially if the opponent is far away and tries to return to the stage. The bad thing about Simon is his jumps, he doesn't reach high when he jumps normally, but the worst thing is his special jump, Simon instead of jumping upwards must hang from something on the stage, if we are in the air this function is useless, but if we are under the stage, it can save us, although we must have practice with it as I said before.

The last character of today Lloyd is one of the characters that I always used since I know SSF2, since my beginnings when I played the first Smash Flash Lloyd was there and I liked to use him. For a long time, I didn't know which game he belonged to, researching on the subject I realized that he belongs to a game that only came out for the Nintendo Gamecube called Tales of Symphonia.

I am a lover of fast characters and Lloyd in SSF2, is a character that fits these characteristics, his movements when moving are very light and is easy to use if it is your first time playing with him, in turn, the character can make powerful attacks thanks to his two swords.

His meteoric attacks consist of attacking with his two magic swords, upwards Lloyd attacks with the two tips of his swords in the air, this attack must be done with precision because it does not occupy much area, if well executed it does a lot of damage if we do a meteoric left or right instead of doing a sword attack what he does is to invoke a wolf bite with one of the swords to cause great damage and if we do the meteoric downward, the character hits the ground with the swords to cause a mini earthquake around him, causing damage throughout his area.

    Screenshot

To finish, Lloyd also stands out in his jumps and special attacks, the character's special jump does damage and also raises a lot so you can save yourself without problems, the normal special attack the character shoots like water balls with his sword (or something like that). The only bad thing about Lloyd is that when we execute a special attack from the side the character can fall into the void and we cannot do anything unless we manage to attack our opponent.

Well Hive Family and Gamers brothers, I hope you liked my post today, I made a video to complement this publication, talking a little above about my opinion about the characters, I also did it to practice a little when talking into the microphone, and finally have gameplay playing with each character to visualize their movements.
