💙⚡ Hive's Top Model. Reto: Pasarela (GLAM)

El mes Glam en la pasarela del Hive's Top Model no podía finalizar sin que yo realizara una participación inspirada en el Glam Rock. Desde mi estilismo, mi maquillaje y el outfit que visto en esta oportunidad van cargados de simbolismos y pretenden rendirle tributo a David Bowie, quien en los años 70's fue uno de los mayores exponentes del movimiento Glam Rock.

Para realizar esta pasarela digamos que tuve ciertos inconvenientes pues luego de haber llegado a la locación en donde la realizaría, abrí mi morral y me percaté de que había olvidado en casa el vestido y las medias negras que usaría en esta oportunidad. La locación se encontraba cerca de 40 minutos de la zona en donde vivo y ya para esa hora (5:30 p.m) era imposible ir a casa y regresar al lugar al otro extremo de la ciudad para aprovechar la poca luz solar. Por un momento me desesperé y casi lloro de la impotencia, pero @madefrance me hizo entrar en razón. Así que derrochando glamour con mi maquillaje y peinado, regresé a casa para realizar mi pasarela de noche en el único lugar con suficiente espacio y buena iluminación que tenía más cerca: el pasillo de los ascensores de mi conjunto residencial. Quizás esta locación no era, en lo absoluto, la que yo quería pero siendo sincera el resultado no me decepcionó para nada. Incluso combina bastante bien con lo "diferente" del estilo Glam Rock.

The Glam month on the Hive's Top Model catwalk could not end without my participation inspired by Glam Rock. From my styling, my makeup and the outfit I wore on this occasion are loaded with symbolism and intend to pay tribute to David Bowie, who in the 70's was one of the greatest exponents of the Glam Rock movement.

To make this catwalk let's say that I had some inconveniences because after arriving at the location where I would perform it, I opened my backpack and realized that I had forgotten at home the dress and black stockings that I would use in this opportunity. The location was about 40 minutes away from the area where I live and by that time (5:30 p.m) it was impossible to go home and return to the place at the other end of the city to take advantage of the little sunlight. For a moment I despaired and almost cried from helplessness, but @madefrance brought me to my senses. So, glamorous with my makeup and hairstyle, I returned home to do my evening runway in the only place with enough space and good lighting that was closest to me: the elevator hallway of my residential complex. Maybe this location was not at all what I wanted but to be honest the result did not disappoint me at all. It even combines quite well with the "different" of the Glam Rock style.
