hello everyone!!!
I'm here with another edition of the hive learner's weekly prompt. Since I first saw the subject for this edition, I've taken my time to contemplate. One question I kept asking myself was how I might make this lovely edition theme unique. Perhaps you can figure out where I'm going, but if not, I'll tell you, but you'll have to keep reading to find out. First, let's have a look at the theme of this edition.
Your Favourite Food
This can be any food at all. It can be local or foreign dish. What matters is that you just love eating it. Tell us why you love it and how it is prepared.
Did I just see my favorite food written up there?oh yeah, I did. No need to waste your time, my favorite food is Eba and Soup. Which type of soup doesn't matter as long as it's well prepared with a steaming Eba as a follow-up. Don't look at me like that, I'm an Africa Man, what did you expect? Remember I promised to tell you in case you haven't figured out where I was heading to. okay, this is it. I present to you my homemade Eba and Soup Combo, which I prepared all by myself.
Damn, Isn't that looking top notch? You know how important it was for this to be unique. I've written a few food posts before, but when I saw the subject for this edition, I said to myself, "Kitchen, here I come." To be honest, I haven't cooked for the purpose of publishing before, but I have to say, doing this felt great because you all get to experience my culinary magic. Not to worry, I do not have monopoly of cooking, so I'm going to walk you through on how to make yours just as delicious as mine.
My delicious better leaf Soup; Why do I love eating it?
Just as everyone has foods they prefer, I have come to find my own favorite in the bitter leaf soup. One of the reasons I enjoy this soup is that it is extremely healthful and makes me feel much better after eating it. I have a thing with taste, and if anything tastes horrible, I might hurl up after eating it, but with bitter leaf soup, also known as Ofe Onugbu, I don't have to worry.
What is Bitter leaf soup and how is it prepared?
Vernonia amygdalina, often known as bitter leaf, is a plant that has a variety of health advantages. The Igbos call bitter leaf Onugbu, the Yorubas call it Ewuro, and the Hausas name it Shuwaka. The Igbo tribe of Eastern Nigeria is known for its bitter leaf soup. Many people avoid the soup due of the bitterness of the leaf, but I tell you that once you try it, you will concur. Now, keep reading, let me guide you on how to make your own bitter leaf 🌿🌿 soup 🍲.

All thing being perfect, i would have prepared pounded yam for the swallow but that would have been much work, so i enjoyed my delicious soup with steaming, well prepared cassava flour.
