A pesar de que muchas personas hoy en día utilizan las criptomonedas todos los días y sacando provecho de edta tecnologia, existen algunos paises en los cuales la blockchain es ilegal y totalmente prohibida bajo sanciones muy fuertes, este es el caso de Bolivia, en este documental te explico porqué el gobierno decidió penalizar el uso de las criptomonedas con una Resolución de la Junta Directiva del Banco Central de Bolivia (BCB), no. 044/2014, el 6 de mayo del año 2014, donde indica:

Es ilegal utilizar cualquier tipo de moneda que no esté emitida y controlada por un gobierno o entidad autorizada.

Despite the fact that many people today use crypto currencies in everyday life and take advantage of this technology, there are some countries in which the blockchain is illegal and totally prohibited under very strong sanctions, this is the case of Bolivia, in this documentary I explain why the government decided to criminalize the use of crypto currencies with a Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB), no. 044/2014, on May 6, 2014.

Este es el primer documental educativo que hago, espero que sea de su agrado y espero hacer más material educativo de este tipo pues me parece que en el mundo de la blockchain hay muchas cosas interesantes para aprender y compartir.

El documental lo hice tomando algunos clips de noticias de canales de televisión abierta , sobre todo en la parte de los testimonios de las personas, y tambien la directora de la Autoridad de Supervisión del Sistema Financiero (ASFI). Esta subtitulado en los dos idiomas español e ingles y la voz en off la grabé y edité en una tab . Me tomó un poco de tiempo pero fue muy divertido de hacer.

I made the documentary by taking some news clips from open television channels, especially in the part of people's testimonies, and also the director of the Financial System Supervisory Authority (ASFI). It is subtitled in both Spanish and English and I recorded and edited the voice in off in my tab. The whole process was fun.
