    Saludos amigos y amigas de #HIVE y #SWC espero se encuentren bien, el siguiente post es un videoblog donde les muestro un día de entrenamiento, en esta ocasión realizando una rutina de progresiones en tuck para sacar la plancha, más una rutina de empuje básica dividida en súper series, enfocada principalmente para tríceps y pectorales.

    Recomiendo hacer la rutina en el mismo orden expuesto, realizando primero las progresiones de plancha y luego los ejercicios básicos, de esta forma estarían atacando lo más difícil primero, en ese sentido van a poder realizar las progresiones con buena técnica y de la mejor forma posible. También pueden incluir otras variaciones de tuck como maltesse tuck o tuck en agarre invertido, también pueden incluir variaciones de lean planche para complementar la primera parte de la rutina. (Los descansos entre sets serán de 1 minuto para todos los ejercicios).

    I recommend doing the routine in the same order as above, performing the plank progressions first and then the basic exercises, this way you will be attacking the most difficult first, in that sense you will be able to perform the progressions with good technique and in the best possible way. They can also include other tuck variations such as maltesse tuck or tuck in inverted grip, they can also include lean planche variations to complement the first part of the routine. (The rests between sets will be 1 minute for all exercises).

    Está es una rutina que requiere cierto nivel de condición, en un principio pueden que no la realizen sin romper las series, pero eso forma parte del entrenamiento, llegar a dominar tu cuerpo y mente ante un nuevo reto.
