Hola amigos de Street Workout Community , soy Marco Rincón y en este vídeo les traigo mi primera competencia como atleta de street workout y calistenia.

Nuestra primera travesía empieza en Maracay bien temprano a eso de las 8 am, en este caso con mis compañeros de equipo en el parque donde hago vida llamado Base Aragua Workout o abreviado ( BAW ) representado al grupo en Valencia estado Carabobo, en la competencia de Barthlenicz en centro comercial Shoping Center.

Our first journey begins in Maracay very early at around 8 am, in this case with my teammates in the park where I live called Base Aragua Workout or for short ( BAW ) representing the group in Valencia, Carabobo state, in the competition of Barthlenicz in Shopping Center mall.

Llegamos a Valencia al rededor de las 10 de la mañana... salimos directamente hacia la ciudad de Valencia sin ningún tipo de paradas o contratiempos, gracias a Dios en el viaje fue muy agradable pero con los nervios a mil por la competencia.

We arrived in Valencia around 10 in the morning... we left directly for the city of Valencia without any kind of stops or setbacks, thank God the trip was very pleasant but I was nervous because of the competition.

Mi Experiencia

Llegando al centro comercial nos dirigíamos hacia el gym donde se iba a realizar la competencia, terminamos el proceso de inscripción, después tocaba prepararme, estirar y calentar para tener el mayor rendimiento posible, ya sea tanto físico como mental... próximamente realizaron el sorteo de versus para ver quienes se enfrentaban entre si.

Arriving at the shopping center we headed to the gym where the competition was going to take place, we finished the registration process, then it was time to prepare, stretch and warm up to have the best performance possible, both physically and mentally... the draw was soon made of versus to see who faced each other.

Seguidamente descubrí contra quien me había tocado en el versus en este caso fue por casualidad contra uno de mis compañeros de equipo llamado Steven, yo empece primero mi ronda, fui por lo seguro lance mi combo que tenia para aquel momento mas dominado y lo hice sin mayor inconveniente, después fue el turno de el lanzo un muy buen combo forzándome después a lanzar uno mejor, en esos pequeños detalles son los que no se fijan los atletas a la hora de competir siempre tienes que lanzar tu máximo para asegurar la victoria y no quedar en esa obligación de lanzar algo arriesgado que pueda después ser contradictorio.

Then I found out who I had played against in the versus in this case it was by chance against one of my teammates named Steven, I started my round first, I went for sure I launched my combo that I had for that moment more dominated and I did it without biggest inconvenience, then it was his turn to throw a very good combo, later forcing me to throw a better one, those small details are what athletes do not pay attention to when competing, you always have to throw your maximum to ensure victory and not remain in that obligation to launch something risky that can later be contradictory.

Después en la segunda ronda por fortuna me fue mucho mejor que a mi rival en este caso, tuve una ronda mejor que la primera y el tuvo uno que otro error que hicieron la decisión de los jueces mas favorable para mi... así fue mi primera ronda en una competencia de street workout pero esto no terminaba aquí yo avanzaba de ronda y para mi mala fortuna me toco contra otro compañero de equipo.

Then in the second round, fortunately, I was much better than my rival in this case, I had a better round than the first and he had one or another mistake that made the decision of the judges more favorable for me... that's how it was for me. first round in a street workout competition but this did not end here I advanced to the next round and to my misfortune I played against another teammate.

En este caso me tocaba mi segunda participación contra Gustavo otro compañero de equipo, empezaba mi ronda con estáticos lo mas creativo posible, para variar un poco, pero en mi contrincante me replico casi todos los elementos, el hecho de que lo conociera y me tocara a mi primero me jugo a favor un poco, para la segunda ronda le lance uno que otro truco que sabia que no tenia que yo si, tropecé un poco en el combo y eso me quito limpieza, a el a pesar de una caída le fue mejor que a mi se levanto y se repuso muy bien, pera posteriormente el llevarse la victoria.

In this case I had my second participation against Gustavo, another teammate, I started my round with static as creative as possible, to vary a little, but in my opponent I replicated almost all the elements, the fact that I knew him and he touched me The first one worked in my favor a little, for the second round I threw him one or another trick that I knew he didn't have that I did, I stumbled a bit in the combo and that took away my cleanliness, despite a fall it worked for him Better than me, he got up and recovered very well, but later he took the victory.

Y así terminaba mi participación en este competencia, aunque corta fue de mucho aprendizaje para mi, primero que todo fue cumplir un sueño que me tenia desde hace muchísimo tiempo ya que lo veía imposible por mi duro comienzo en este deporte y a pesar de que ya llevo un rato en este deporte nunca me desanime y seguí esforzándome para lograr esto, y me fui al menos con una victoria... tengo otra meta (ya que soy un poco ambicioso) y es que este año pueda competir ya en categoría semi-profesional se que lo lograre, solo tengo que entrenar de manera inteligente y lo haré... el resto lo dejare para una próxima edición. Los dejo con el resto de la competencia espero les motive también a algún día competir como atletas de street workout y calistenia. CON TODO!

And so my participation in this competition ended, although it was short, it was a lot of learning for me, first of all it was to fulfill a dream that I had had for a long time since I saw it as impossible due to my hard start in this sport and despite the fact that I have already For a while in this sport I never got discouraged and I kept striving to achieve this, and I left with at least one victory... I have another goal (since I'm a bit ambitious) and that is that this year I can already compete in the semi-professional category I know I'll make it, I just have to train intelligently and I'll do it...
