    1-Muscle up super balanceado
    1-Super balanced muscle up
    Este truco consta de fluidez algo que es super fundamental a la hora de empezar en el freestyle. El primer paso seria realizar un gran balanceo preferiblemente con una patada durisima y con ese mismo impulso seguir con el movimiento, bloqueas los codos hasta llegar a la parte de arriba como se muestra en la imagen.
    This trick consists of fluidity, something that is super essential when starting freestyle. The first step would be to perform a great swing preferably with a very hard kick and with that same impulse continue with the movement, you lock your elbows until you reach the top as shown in the image.


    2- Muscle up Olímpico
    2- Olympic muscle up

    En este movimiento conseguiremos toda la técnica y fluidez que se necesita en el freestyle... es un truco muy técnico y requiere de mucha práctica para conseguirlo de la forma más correcta posible. El primer paso es un ligero balanceo, luego llevaremos las piernas hacia arriba con ese mismo impulso en una especie de leg raices, el tercer paso seria cuando las piernas suban realizar una patada con fuerza hacia abajo para finalmente trancar los codos y quedar arriba totalmente.
    In this movement we will achieve all the technique and fluidity that is needed in freestyle ... it is a very technical trick and requires a lot of practice to achieve it in the most correct way possible. The first step is a slight swing, then we will bring the legs up with that same impulse in a kind of leg roots, the third step would be when the legs go up, perform a powerful kick down to finally lock the elbows and stay up completely.

    3-Pasadores de barra

    Este movimiento es mas que todo un conector de trucos y queda super bien en los combos, el primer paso es agarrar un ligero impulso con la cadera, despues realizas un cabezazo hacia abajo como sale en la imagen, y el tercer paso es meter los ante brazos hasta volver a quedar en la posicion inicial.
    This movement is more than a whole connector of tricks and it looks super good in the combos, the first step is to grab a slight impulse with the hip, then you do a head butt down as it appears in the image, and the third step is to put the ante arms until you are back in the initial position.

    4- Ollie
    4- Sit at the bar
    Este truco conocido como "Ollie" u "Olè" es muy vistoso y parece dificil pero es muy facil, lo primero seria tomar impulso con la cadera, segundo llevar las rodillas al lado donde llevaras las piernas y tercero es quitar el brazo para pasar las piernas y terminar de sentarte en la barra.
    This trick known as "Ollie" or "Olè" is very colorful and seems difficult but it is very easy, the first thing would be to take impulse with the hip, secondly, bring the knees to the side where you will carry the legs and third is to remove the arm to pass the legs and finish sitting on the bar.


    5- Pasa vallas

    Este ultimo truco es super llamativo y tiene otras variaciones que puedes hacer mas adelante de nivel avanzado, el primer paso es tomar impulso con la cadera, el segundo lo puedes realizar en barras paralelas para tomar confianza en el movimiento ya cuando tengas claro este paso y sepas el movimiento del truco, viene realizarlo por completo en barra fija, con un voto de cofianza lanzas el cuerpo y realizas el cambio de 180 grados por encima de la barra.
