Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad Full Deportes , en esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes parte de mi experiencia haciendo senderismo luego de muchas jornadas de mucho estrés, trabajo y tensión coorporal.
Greetings dear friends of the community Full Deportes , In this opportunity I share with all of you part of my experience hiking after many days of stress, work and body tension.

Estas semanas han transcurrido en medio de mucha tensión, diligencias, nervios y mucho estrés, estoy en la organización de nuestra primera Competencia Nacional y gracias a Dios estamos ya con los últimos preparativos. Tenía mucho tiempo sin poder entrenar o realizar mis actividades que cotidianamente suelo hacer las cuales son; senderismo, ciclismo y mis entrenamientos con la calistenia.
These weeks have passed in the midst of a lot of tension, errands, nerves and a lot of stress, I am in the organization of our first National Competition and thank God we are already with the last preparations. I had a long time without being able to train or do my daily activities which are hiking, cycling and my calisthenics training.
Subir el Cerro es una de mi actividades favortias, he tenido días cargados de mucho estrés y ameritaba un escape así fuese por unas cuentas horas, subí el pasado domingo para drenar un poco del estrés acumulado. El senderismo es una de mis actividades favoritas porque me ayuda a organizar mis ideas y es como una terapia personal.
Climbing the Cerro is one of my favourite activities, I have had some stressful days and I needed an escape, even if it was just for a few hours, so I climbed it last Sunday to drain a little of the accumulated stress. Hiking is one of my favourite activities because it helps me to organise my thoughts and is like a personal therapy.

Debo acotar que ese día el Sol estaba sumamente radiante y los rayos llegaron incluso a lastimarme la piel, tuve que hacer algunas paradas para finalmente llegar a mi meta el "Container".
I must point out that that day the sun was extremely bright and the rays even hurt my skin, I had to make a few stops to finally reach my goal, the "Container".
