en esta oportunidad voy a compartir con todos ustedes lo que fue mi rutina de entrenamiento para las extremidades inferiores, las piernas, rutina que entrenamiento que fue bastaste intensa y efectiva.
Llegué algo tarde al gimnasio, así que debía aprovechar al máximo de la hora y media que tenía para entrenar las piernas, así que evalué que tipo de ejercicios realizar y el nivel de intensidad de cada uno. Puedo decir que fue un entrenamiento bastante dinámico y fuerte en el que voy aumentando su intensidad de acuerdo a la ejecución de cada ejercicio.
