- Normalmente llegó al parque en mi bicicleta saludos a los amigos del parque que entrenan allí, todos los que entrenamos en parque nos conocemos y ayudamos, apoyamos a seguir adelante con los entrenamientos y nos motivamos entre si y entrenamos animados, primero se estira luego y calentamos con un poco de estáticos y dinámicos y luego hacemos básicos y eso ya sería el entrenamiento de un día entrenamos 3/4 horas al día y descansamos los fin de semana nos gusta mucho este deporte y para mantenerse ahí que tener mucho disciplina y constancia.
- Normally I arrive at the park on my bike greet friends of the park who train there, all of us who train in the park know each other and help each other, we support each other to go ahead with the training and motivate each other and train animated, first we stretch and then warm up with a little static and dynamic and then we do basic and that would already be the training of a day we train 3/4 hours a day and rest on weekends we really like this sport and to stay there to have a lot of discipline and perseverance.
