Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes otro dia de dinámicos, pero motivado eso quiere decir que entrenamos motivado por que nos estuvimos animado, nos divertimos y la pasamos bien.

- Los atletas de Street workout y calistenia del estado apure no se han mantenido activo con los dinámicos ya que las barras que tienen son incómodas alguna son demasiado gruesa otras muy angosta y nos incomoda para hacer dinámico y freestyle, como dije este dia hicimos dinámicos bastante motivado tuvimos una práctica genial la pasamos bien nos divertimos aparte de eso estuvimos mejorando y recuperando algunos trucos dinámicos que ya estaban perdidos y nos acostumbramos de nuevo a los trucos dinámicos, días así son los que provoca repetir, disculpen si en el video nota malas palabras eso no volverá a pasar a veces de la emoción ni saben lo que dicen.
