    Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community SWC en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes algunos tipos de full plancha que ejecute en mini barra paralelas y en suelo algunos que dificultad de agarre y de abertura.

    -Full plancha en paralelas: está Full Plancha es ejecutada en una barra paralelas sea altas o baja a la altura del hombro con agarre normal.
    - Full plancha in parallel: this Full Plancha is executed on a parallel bar either high or low at shoulder height with normal grip.

    - Full Plancha en prono: está Full Plancha se ejecuta en una barra fija con agarre prono que lo contrario del agarre supino, poniendo las muñecas con la palma hacia abajo dificultando más el agarre haciendo la plancha más difícil de realizar.
