On this occasion I share with you this beautiful and symbolic fable, which I have made to represent the proposed theme of the week, exclusively for a talent meeting.

    Hello friends!

I am going to tell you the story of Juan, a brave little dog who lived in a mountain, where the trees gossiped and the flowers moved to the sound of the wind as if they were at a party.

This corduroy had fur that was remarkable, red like tomato sauce, and eyes that shone brighter than an LED light bulb.

But, although he was a cool little dog, he had a fear that drove him crazy: losing his parents and having to cope alone.

One day, when the sun was setting, Juan's old people went on a trip to the other side of the mountain that is always cold, and they left him alone for the first time.

He felt fear put chains on him, and each link was a memory, a thing he learned, a moment he spent with them.

The first night was pitch black. He looked up looking for consolation and found the moon, which said softly: “Your elders taught you well, give it a try and trust the light you carry inside to find your way.”

With those words he was encouraged to start his own rumba.

With every step he took, he felt the chains loosen. On his walk, he met an owl who knew a lot and talked to him about being brave, a butterfly who showed him how cool it is to change, and a bear who taught him to be strong and stand up for himself.

Each encounter was like a key that removed a lock of fear.

In the end, Juan arrived at a clearing where the fireflies were having his own party and a magic mirror showed him what it was really like.

He was no longer the cowardly little dog that had come out; Now he was a brave, wise and free dog.

The chains of fear had gone to the reed, and in their place, roses of courage and leaves of hope grew.

He understood that although his parents were not there with him, his love and what they taught him would always be in his heart.

With that certainty, he returned to his mountain, ready to tell his experience and help others release their own chains of fear.
