En este caso, conseguí unas galletas de avena, que puedo comer sin remordimientos, pero por supuesto, sin abusar tampoco de la cantidad y la frecuencia que lo hago.

En el mercado también hay galletas con base de arroz, pero sin probarlas, puedo decir que parecieran muy duras y con poco sabor. Por esto, cuando vi este producto conseguí unas meriendas que me resultan equilibradas tanto en darme el gusto de algo dulce, como que también me ayuden a mantener la salud.
