    Hola comunidad de Full Deportes como muchos ya saben y otros no, el deporte al que me dedico se llama parkour y hoy quise mostrarles mas de mi entrenamiento.

    Algo que tienen en común todos los entrenamientos es la repeticion , hay que repetir el movimiento muchas veces para que se vuelva parte de la memoria muscular.

    Tambien hay veces que no podemos lograr un salto a la primera, entonces la repeticion se vuelve la clave, repetir y repetir hasta lograrlo!

    En este video fui yo solo a otro parque que está relativamente cerca de mi casa, puse la gopro en un tripode y grabé lo que entrené.

    Realmente no en todos los entrenamientos se hacen saltos arriesgados y peligrosos.

    Se entrena muchas veces en un ambiente seguro y controlado pero que te da mucha confianza en tus habilidades fisicas y mentales lo cual te prepara para una situacion donde haya riesgo, como por ejemplo:

    Si todos los dias que entreno hago saltos no arriesgados de 10 pies de largo y un dia voy a otro sitio a entrenar que tiene un salto de 10 pies de largo tambien, aunque el salto sea un poco arriesgado ya sea en un lugar alto y tenga una caida,yo ya estoy seguro que puedo saltar 10 pies sea donde sea, entonces sé que puedo lograrlo.

    Ahí es donde está la clave, prepararse en un ambiente seguro para luego tener la certeza de que puedes lograrlo aunque haya riesgo de por medio.

    You train many times in a safe and controlled environment but that gives you a lot of confidence in your physical and mental abilities, which prepares you for a situation where there is risk, example:

    If every day i train i do non-risky jumps of 10 feet long and one day I go to another place to train that has a jump of 10 feet long as well, although the jump is a bit risky either in a high place and it has a fall, I'm already sure that I can jump 10 feet anywhere, so I know I can do it.

    That is where the key is, to prepare in a safe environment and to be sure that you can achieve it even if there is risk involved.
