Hola amigos, hoy les quiero hablar de una canción que escribí con mi primo @ismaelgranados durante mis vacaciones en el estado Táchira el 25 de Diciembre de 2010. Se la fecha exacta porque ese mismo día grabamos un video cantándola y la cámara guardo la fecha. En ese tiempo me divertía con él haciendo música a pesar de que yo no tenía mucho entrenamiento vocal.

Hi friends, today I want to talk to you about a song I wrote with my cousin @ismaelgranados during my vacation in the state of Táchira on December 25, 2010. I know the exact date because that same day we recorded a video singing it and the camera saved the date. At that time I had fun with him making music even though I didn't have much vocal training.

La letra de esta canción cuenta cosas que para mi eran cotidianas, como mis artistas Favoritos, las caricaturas que veía de niño y un viaje reciente a la sierra de Perijá, en donde los indígenas Yukpa me pusieron el nombre Majenye, que en su idioma significa Pipa de fumar que usaban los antiguos. Esta consistía de una tapara a la que le abrían un agujero, allí metían la hierba y fumaban.

The lyrics of this song tell about things that were everyday for me, like my favorite artists, the cartoons I watched as a child and a recent trip to the Sierra de Perijá, where the Yukpa indigenous people gave me the name Majenye, which in their language means Smoking pipe used by the ancients. This consisted of a lid in which they opened a hole, they put the grass there and smoked.
