    ¡Saludos queridos amigos y amantes de la buena comida de Hive Food! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un plato muy sencillo de preparar, que consta de pocos ingredientes, pero que les hará lucir a todos como unos verdaderos chefs, se trata de Fusilli alla Sorrentina. Veamos los ingredientes que vamos a necesitar. Esta receta rinde aproximadamente para aproximadamente 4 personas.

    Greetings dear friends and lovers of good food from Hive Food! Today I want to share with you a very simple dish to prepare, which consists of few ingredients, but that will make you all look like real chefs, it is Fusilli alla Sorrentina. Let's take a look at the ingredients we will need. This recipe yields approximately 4 people.

    Vamos a cortar los tomates o a procesarlos de manera grosera, para que queden con textura.

    We are going to cut the tomatoes or process them in a coarse way, so that they are textured.

    Luego, machacamos los ajos y los colocamos en una sartén con aceite vegetal a fuego medio, hasta que estén dorados.

    Then, we crush the garlic and place them in a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, until they are golden brown.

    Una vez que se doren los ajos, colocamos los tomates en la sartén y condimentamos con sal, pimienta y albahaca, para esta receta, yo utilicé albahaca seca, removemos y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento durante no más de 15 minutos.

    Once the garlic is browned, place the tomatoes in the pan and season with salt, pepper and basil, for this recipe, I used dried basil, stir and let cook over low heat for no more than 15 minutes.

    En una olla aparte, colocamos a hervir el agua para la pasta, en el momento que llegue al punto de hervor, le colocamos sal al agua y echamos la pasta y dejamos cocinar hasta que quede al dente.

    In a separate pot, bring the water for the pasta to boil, when it reaches the boiling point, add salt to the water and add the pasta and let it cook until it is al dente.

    Cuando la pasta esté lista, la escurrimos y la colocamos directamente en el sartén que contiene la salsa de tomates y mezclamos para que se integren los ingredientes. En este punto, agregamos un poco de queso mozzarella y del queso parmesano y mezclamos bien.
