Bueno, este es mi tercer post compartiendo con todos ustedes una cata de cerveza. La verdad es que me he divertido mucho probando sabores no solo de mi tierra sino también de otros países. Hoy les tengo una nueva cata probando dos cervezas importadas y dos cervezas nacionales, así que acompáñenme y vamos a ver.

Well, this is my third post sharing with you all a beer tasting. The truth is that I've had a lot of fun tasting flavors not only from my homeland but also from other countries. Today I have a new tasting for you, tasting two imported beers and two national beers, so join me and let's see.

Bueno, vamos a comenzar la cata con esta cerveza Presidente, es una cerveza de origen dominicano tipo Pilsener, que está en el mercado desde el año 1935. Entre las cosas que leí acerca de esta cerveza decía que se caracterizaba por su empaque, un embotellado verde con un logo bastante llamativo, vamos a ver qué tal su sabor. Tiene un color amarillo bastante intenso, bastante fuerte, es bastante efervescente. En cuanto a sabor, es bastante suave, a pesar de sus 5 grados de alcohol. Es una cerveza medianamente dulce, realmente sabrosa y bastante refrescante.

Well, let's start the tasting with this Presidente beer, it is a Pilsener type beer of Dominican origin, which has been on the market since 1935. Among the things I read about this beer, it said that it was characterized by its packaging, a green bottle with a rather striking logo, let's see how it tastes. It has a fairly intense yellow color, quite strong, it is quite effervescent. In terms of taste, it is quite smooth, despite its 5 degrees of alcohol. It is a moderately sweet beer, really tasty and quite refreshing.

Continuamos con la cerveza Polar Light, como su nombre lo indica, pertenece a empresas Polar, es una cerveza ligera, es bastante popular en la población femenina. Es una cerveza bastante ligera, tiene 3.5 grados de alcohol, su color es bastante claro, bastante pálido. Es una cerveza refrescante y su sabor no es tan intenso.

We continue with Polar Light beer, as its name indicates, it belongs to Polar companies, it is a light beer, it is quite popular among the female population. It is a fairly light beer, it has 3.5 degrees of alcohol, its color is quite light, quite pale. It is a refreshing beer and its flavor is not so intense.

Seguimos ahora con una cerveza internacional que es la cerveza Poker. Es de origen colombiano y tiene 4.5 grados de alcohol, es de estilo lager o estilo pálido del año 1929 y su receta no ha cambiado. Su empaque es bastante llamativo haciendo alusión a las figuras del Póker. En cuanto a color, si es un poco pálida, bastante espumosa, tiene bastante efervescencia. Es realmente deliciosa, tiene unos toques frutales y también cierto sabor astringente, pero no es mucho. La recomiendo 100%.

We now continue with an international beer, Poker beer. It is of Colombian origin and has 4.5 degrees of alcohol, it is a lager or pale style from 1929 and its recipe has not changed. Its packaging is quite striking, alluding to the Poker figures. In terms of color, if it is a little pale, quite frothy, it has enough effervescence. It is really delicious, it has some fruity touches and also some astringent flavor, but not much. I recommend it 100%.

Para finalizar la cata, vamos a probar la Solera verde o Solera clásica, que pertenece también a empresas polar y es del segmento Premium. Esta cerveza tiene 6 grados de alcohol. Tiene un color amarillo bastante intenso y bastante efervescencia. Es de carácter fuerte y tiene un cuerpo pronunciado. Es realmente deliciosa y sin duda tenía que estar en esta muestra de cervezas.

To finish the tasting, we will taste the Solera verde or Solera clásica, which also belongs to Polar companies and belongs to the Premium segment. This beer has 6 degrees of alcohol. It has a fairly intense yellow color and quite a lot of effervescence. It has a strong character and a pronounced body. It is really delicious and certainly had to be in this sample of beers.
