¡Saludos amigos de esta linda comunidad que cada día crece más y más! Me alegra unirme nuevamente a la iniciativa que mes a mes proponen para llenar de música la blockchain, esta vez con un tema tan divertido como lo es la música retro.

En esta ocasión quise viajar a la década de los 80 con el tema Cruz de Navajas, de la popular banda española Mecano. El tema fue compuesto por José María Cano y fue el segundo sencillo del álbum “Entre el Cielo y el Suelo” del año 1986. La canción cuenta la historia de una pareja envuelta en la monotonía y el hastío, el descuido y la falta de atención del uno en el otro y termina trágicamente con la muerte de Mario.

Según el conteo que realizó la cadena de música VH1 sobre las 100 canciones más grandiosas de los 80 en español, este tema terminó en el tercer puesto. Espero que disfruten mi versión.

This time I wanted to travel to the 80's with the song Cruz de Navajas, by the popular Spanish band Mecano. The song was composed by José María Cano and was the second single from the 1986 album "Entre el Cielo y el Suelo". The song tells the story of a couple involved in monotony and boredom, neglect and lack of attention to each other and ends tragically with the death of Mario.

According to VH1's tally of the 100 greatest songs of the 80's in Spanish, this song finished in third place. I hope you enjoy my version.
