    Un cordial saludo y un fuerte abrazo queridos lectores y lectoras, #YoSoyMag @magdiel7 y el día de hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes un poco sobre mi primer día retomando mis actividades físicas después de contraer el virus del COVID – 19, para los amigos que no saben aun, hace unas semanas atrás lamentablemente me vi gravemente afectado por el virus que hoy día hace mucha conmoción en todo el mundo, después de toda esta dura experiencia y el cumplimiento de mi reposo, hoy día he logrado retomar mis actividades físicas en el parque de barras e iniciar una vez mas con mis entrenamientos físicos, gracias a Dios he logrado me he logrado mejorar y retomar estas actividades.

    A warm greeting and big hug dear readers, #IAmMag @magdiel7 and today I want to share with you all a little about my first day resuming my physical activities after contracting the virus of COVID - 19, for friends who do not know yet, a few weeks ago unfortunately I was seriously affected by the virus that today makes much commotion around the world, after all this hard experience and compliance with my rest, today I have managed to resume my physical activities in the park bars and start once again with my physical training, thank God I have managed to get better and I have managed to resume these activities.

    Para iniciar con este primer entrenamiento, inicie realizando un pequeña y corta rutina de ejercicios básicos, tan solo realice 2 series de 20 flexiones de pecho, 2 series de 10 repeticiones de fondo en barras permite seguir con mis pulmones al 100%, estaré realizando mas ejercicios y agregando mas series, mas repeticiones y mas ejercicios, subiendo así el nivel de las rutinas y mejorando mi resistencia, además de mejorar la circulación de mi cuerpo y mi sistema inmunológico para lograr mantener mis pulmones y mi bienestar al máximo.

    To start with this first workout, I started with a small and short routine of basic exercises, I only did 2 sets of 20 push ups, 2 sets of 10 reps of barbell pull ups to keep my lungs at 100%, I will be doing more exercises and adding more sets, more reps and more exercises, thus raising the level of the routines and improving my resistance, in addition to improving the circulation of my body and my immune system to keep my lungs and my well being to the maximum.
